True Herbal Consults located in Fall River provides assistance with medical marijuana certifications for Massachusetts residents. Our office provides assistance in navigating the often times confusing and overwhelming process of obtaining a medical marijuana card in the state of Massachusetts in compliance with all state laws and regulations.
Our goal at True Herbal Consults is to make the process as easy and simple for our clients by assisting patients in obtaining their medical records, guiding them through and assisting them fill out the state application, and setting up an appointment with a physician to provide the certification. We then review the application with the client, answering any and all questions they may have before assisting them in submitting the forms to the state.
True Herbal Consults services the residents of the greater South Coast area. Our offices are located at 25 North Main Street between Bedford Street and Bank Street right across from Bank of America.

- 21+ to serve as caregiver
- Max 5 patients per caregiver
- Registry card required
Rhode Island medical marijuana caregivers must be 21 years of age or older. Primary caregivers may assist no more than 5 qualifying patients with their medical use of marijuana. The Rhode Island Medical Marijuana Program authorizes a patient with a debilitating medical condition, with a registry identification card (or its equivalent), to engage in the medical use of marijuana. Also authorizes a person to assist with the medical use of marijuana by a patient with a debilitating medical condition.

- Financial hardship exemption
Massachusetts marijuana clients are allowed limited amounts of Massachusetts medical marijuana for home cultivation. Individual Massachusetts marijuana clients will be permitted to designate a “personal caregiver” at least 21 years old to cultivate for them if they are unable to access a state-authorized dispensary or if they can verify “financial hardship.”
